Hi Jillian
Received BAR Vol 4 last week but didn't want to write until I'd had a listen...Well, I had a listen and I'm impressed.

Andy Cowan: Great Song - his style always surprises me - you never know what you're gonna hear
next with Andy.  We had a telephone interview once and he told me he didn't like just
sticking to one kind of music, he's got an open mind and heart with the talent to back it up.

The Others:   I like it.  Never heard The Others before but would like to.

Toby: Good Voice.

The Dutchman: - what can I say?  I always liked this song, "Step a litttle lighter" - we were fortunate
enough to have Dutch here in Mackay last winter and I asked him about this song.
It's about a lady, Dutch used to be involved with but things didn't work out but he just
couldn't get her out of his mind! AND he told me what a paraplu is - an umbrella!

On the Level:  Baby gone left me - Man you got some great talent over there in
WA.        Love to hear more of On the Level.

Andrea Marr: is fantastic - this song is great!  Lyrics & all.

Much too much- another of my favourites and I notice another Band from WA.  Like their name,

Diamond Dave and the Doodaddies - good one guys!

Po' Boy - Paul Yates with Dave Hole - the best WA artist of all time.  Lucky Paul.

Mississippi Shakedown: - been following these guys since they debuted there first CD -
another new recording is in the making - can't wait! It's a great CD full stop.

Thanks for sending us Vol 4 it will get it's debut next Saturday on Sugar City Blues.
I'll send you my playlist.

Cheers
